When you call us or send a quote request, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, suburb or address, and a description of the job. During a lockout we may also check ID or proof of address. We don't keep a copy of your ID.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, send quotes and invoices, and keep basic records of the work we've done. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when it's needed to provide our service, for example with a form or email provider that delivers your quote request to us, or when the law requires it.
Website data
Like most websites, this site may collect basic, non-identifying information such as pages visited and the type of device used, to help us improve the site. The fonts on this site are provided by Google Fonts.
